What is the lurelocker?

The LureLocker is a fully modular, 3D-printable tackle storage system designed to organize your gear the way you fish—not the way a manufacturer thinks you should. Instead of fixed compartments that waste space or force you to compromise, LureLocker uses interchangeable bins in 25 different footprints and multiple depths, allowing you to build a layout that's tailored to your tackle collection. Whether you're organizing terminal tackle, soft plastics, hard baits, fly-tying materials, or tools, the system adapts as your needs change.

Built around industry-standard 3500, 3600, and 3700 tray sizes, LureLocker is compatible with the storage systems anglers already use. The entire ecosystem is designed specifically for 3D printing, giving you the freedom to print replacement parts, additional bins, or entirely new configurations whenever you need them. As we continue to expand the library with new bin styles and accessories, your system grows with you—without requiring the purchase of a completely new tackle box.

Whether you're a weekend angler, tournament fisherman, or simply someone who appreciates organized gear, LureLocker gives you complete control over how your equipment is stored, protected, and ready for your next day on the water.

Who We Are

HAMR Designs was founded by two lifelong makers who share a passion for designing products that solve real-world problems. Between us are years of engineering, product development, manufacturing, and far too many hours spent refining ideas until they're exactly right. While one of us is a real engineer and the other likes to joke that he's a "pretengineer," we both believe that the best products come from listening to users, challenging assumptions, and never settling for "good enough."

Our name stands for Highly Adaptable and ModulaR, which perfectly reflects our design philosophy. We don't just create products—we create systems that can evolve alongside the people who use them. Whether it's our modular tackle storage, automotive tools, or future products still on the drawing board, our goal is always the same: build practical, innovative solutions that are flexible, durable, and designed to last.

We're just getting started, and we're excited to continue creating products that help people spend less time fighting their gear and more time enjoying what they love.
