Meet the OF1, our take on the vented oil funnel. Because we're apparently better at designing things than naming them, OF1 simply stands for Oil Funnel 1—and is not to be confused with that website.
This particular version is designed to fit most quarter-turn, cam-lock style oil fill openings found on many BMW and MINI engines. It features a secure O-ring fit and can be "clocked" into the position that works best for your engine bay. An optional angled-cut version is also available for easier pouring in tight spaces.
If you change your own oil—or do it for others—you've probably experienced the familiar "blub, blub, blub" as oil and displaced air fight over the same opening.
The OF1 is designed to fix that.
A dedicated vent allows air to escape while oil flows into the engine, giving you a faster, smoother, more controlled pour without the constant gulping of a traditional funnel.
We've also built in an anti-splash lip to help keep oil where it belongs and an anti-drip cap so you aren't leaving a trail of oil across the garage when you're done.
The OF1 is also available as a digital download, designed for PETG, ASA, ABS, Nylon, and PC blends. Recommended print settings are included, and the design has been tested across multiple printers and configurations.
